Diploma Program: (ages 16-19)
According to the IB, the Diploma Programme (DP) aims to develop students who have excellent breadth and depth of knowledge and who flourish physically, intellectually, emotionally, and ethically.
As part of its planned implementation of the Diploma Programme, the school intends to offer a curriculum comprising six subject groups together with the DP core, which will include Theory of Knowledge (TOK), Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS), and the Extended Essay.
The school plans to provide students with opportunities to engage in the components of the DP core. Through these experiences, students will be encouraged to reflect on the nature of knowledge, undertake independent research, and participate in projects that foster creativity, activity, service, and community engagement. The school will develop the structures, resources, and support systems necessary to facilitate these learning experiences in alignment with IB expectations.
